Consent to the processing of personal data

In accordance with the wording of the General Data Protection Regulation (EU Regulation 2016/679), I hereby grant Masaryk University, Žerotínovo nám. 617/9, 601 77 Brno consent to process my personal data (in the form of my e-mail address) in order for up-to-date information from the DISSINET Project based at Masaryk University to be sent to me.

Furthermore, I declare and confirm that I was instructed by Masaryk University on the possibility of exercising my data subject's rights under the conditions stipulated by legal regulations for the protection of personal data, namely:

(i) to have unrestricted access to my personal data;

(ii) to correct or supplement inaccurate or false personal data;

(iii) to delete personal data which are no longer required for the purposes for which they were collected or otherwise processed, or which are found to have been processed unlawfully;

(iv) to apply restrictions on the processing of personal data;

(v) to data portability;

(vi) to oppose the processing of personal data if it is established that there are no legitimate grounds for processing that outweigh the data subject's interests, rights, or freedoms, in particular where the claim is enforceable;

(vii) to file a complaint with the Data Protection Office.

I am aware that I may revoke this consent to the processing of personal data for a period of 10 years from the date of its granting (the appeal link will be included in every sent message) and that further information on my rights and the processing of my personal data from Masaryk University can be provided by the MUNI personal data protection officer at the e-mail address poverenec@muni.cz.
